The task of Bel Epok was to define cross-category standards for all existing markets worldwide. At the same time the tool had to remain flexible, with a mechanism for editing and adaptation to accommodate changing and topical content.Furthermore, as a complimentary resource to support on-floor training, Bel Epok needed to create a logical didactic tool that would be easy for all staff to understand and apply. The manual was approved and scheduled for launch in fall 2011.
