Bel Epok Brand devised and realized a print campaign and an accompanying clip to support the launch of the limited Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Frosted Carolina Bucci Edition 2018.
After a successful previous collaboration, the Swiss watchmaker again joined forces with the London-based Italian jewelry designer to create a limited edition of the Royal Oak Frosted timepiece. The exceptional element of the new rendition was the mirrored watch dial. Beyond adding s stroking aesthetic a component this feature demands absolute technical perfection, which reflects the uncompromising standards of the designer, of the purveyor of haute horlogerie, and of their clientele.
Carolina Bucci describes the 2018 Royal Oak Frosted Edition as “rebellious in character, attention grabbing, made in the image of a woman of today: spontaneous, true-to-life and totally unapologetic”, a statement that informs the campaign design. The clip sets the special props and visual identity developed for the print key visuals in motion within an intriguing product cosmos. Featuring the watch in short, unexpected edits and angles against a modern, rhythmic soundscape, the look and feel is utterly feminine and refreshingly modern: high precision with an elegant touch of humor and mystery. 30 seconds that perfectly reflect the Audemars Piguet tagline at the end and leave you wanting more.
